Web Training Management System (WTMS)

  Version 1.11

1.  Product Description

    This Release Note describes the features, enhancements, and corrections to Version 1.11 of the Web Training Management System (WTMS).

2.  New Features

    The following enhancements were made to the WTMS with this release:

        Reports:

• Added the ability to view a Student's squadron in the Resource Unit Schedule Report. This feature will allow instructors and  our customer to easily identify students of their squadron by a simple sort in the report.

• Added the ability to export the Course Completion Report to the Excel format. This change will allow our customer to easily export student data in more than one  format.

3.  Fixes

    The following corrections were made in this release of the WTMS:

        Reports:

• Fixed a Bug that prevented the Training Performance Report from working correctly. This bug was caused by a change in the previous release that caused a conflict between data.

 

        Gradesheet:

• Fixed a Bug that allowed a lesson to be un-graded out of sequence, a lesson that is ungraded out of sequence can cause many problems in a Student's training record.

         Portal:

• Fixed a Bug in the DAL List that allowed the "Document Number" to be viewed. The Document number is an internal number and not necessary or desired to be seen by the user.
