1.  Product Description

    These Release Note describes the features, enhancements, and corrections to Version 1.12 of the Web Training Management 
     System (WTMS)  and LAN TMS Version 3.15.

2.  New Features

    The following enhancements were made to the WTMS with this release:

        Reports:

• Added the ability to view instructor comments in the Lesson Performance Report. This feature will allow instructors and  the customer to easily view comments written by instructors for  a particular lesson.

• Added the ability to view instructor comments and put the student's name at the top of the Objective Report within the gradesheet.  This change will allow the customer and instructors to view the instructor comments for every objective.

Gradesheet:

•  Added the ability to select the reason why a course or lesson was graded incomplete. This change will allow a instructor to clearly define the reason why a student received an incomplete grade.

3.  Fixes

    The following corrections were made in this release of the WTMS and LAN:

           Email Processor :

• Updated the email processor to account for a new field (Incomplete Reasons). Prevents TMS from locking up when loading performance from CBT on CD-ROM data sent through email.

CBT on CD:

• Changed the way TMS locates media when accomplishing CBT on CD functions. This change makes it possible to package CBT on CD into a thumb drive or into a distributable zip file.

         Security:

• Added additional security to TMS to prevent the scheduler from enrolling FMS students into a course they are not authorized to be enrolled into.

Load Performance:

• Updated the Website’s Load Performance to accept the new field (Incomplete Reasons) from TMS on CD. Prevents TMS from locking up when a someone attempts to upload their performance over the web.

Schedule Editor:

•   Changed the default date on Schedule Editor so the system uses the most current date.
