Web Training Management System (WTMS)

Version 1.8

   1.  Product Description

    This Release Note describes the features, enhancements, and corrections to Version 1.8 of the Web Training Management System (WTMS).

    2.  New Features

    The following enhancements were made to the WTMS with this release:

• A major platform and code upgrade that affected every line of code has been accomplished.
• The TMS platform was upgraded from .NET 1.1 to .NET 2.0.
• The capability to use AJAX was added to the TMS platform.

• The TMS and Portal help files were reworked and enhanced.

• A major update to the Accessto portal has been accomplished to support this release. 

      Gradesheet:

• The ability to grade multiple students in the same lesson was added to the gradesheet portion of Web TMS. Entire course rosters may now be graded at once.ected an error when grading a lesson that would allow a date in the future to be entered.

      Reports:

• The Course Completion report was reworked to have the ability to include incompletes or to limit it only to incompletes.n error

   3.  Fixes

    The following corrections were made in this release of the WTMS:

      Gradesheet:

• An error that could cause a student’s performance not to immediately show up after importing CBT results through the web has been fixed.f
  that would allow a date in the future to be entered.

      Reports:

• The Sort order on the Aircrew Training Report was adjusted.
• Additional Validation was added to several reports.
• An error that could cause the wrong lessons in the Objective Performance report was fixed.
• An error that could cause the Grade Distribution report to fail was fixed.rerror on the Student Schedule report that would not allow a person to be selected.

      Portal:

• An error that could cause someone else’s name to appear when an error was generated has been fixed.
• Additional Validation was added throughout the portal sections.
• An error that could cause the horizontal scroll on the website to become very large has been fixed.
