The display for entering a new general comment is shown below.  The Insert Template button can be pushed to place the displayed template into the comment box.  Templates are defined for many of the comment types.  A template is basically starter text that allows for more standardized structure to comments.  The Subject of the comment can be selected from the drop down list or typed in directly if none of the predefined subjects meet your needs.  Both the template and subject are optional.  The comment can than be entered (or modified if  using a template) and the Save Comment button pushed to save the comment and return to the Gradesheet display.  The Cancel button can be used to return to the Gradesheet without saving anything.  Note that if you start entering a comment and then push Insert Template the template will be added to the end of the comment. Spell checking is also available.
