Web Training Management System (WTMS)

    1.  Product Description

    This Release Note describes the features, enhancements, and corrections to Version 1.7 of the Web Training Management System (WTMS).

    2.  New Features

    The following enhancements were made to the WTMS with this release:

    Reports

• An Instructor Comments report was added that displays all lesson and general comments that were entered by an instructor.  An instructor can display their write-ups over a data range and personnel with the proper permission can display the write-ups for a selected instructor.
• A Squadron Set Summary report was added to display the allocation of scheduled courses to a squadron.  This report is an interactive report that will also display the schedule details for the selected squadron/course/date combination.  An AF Scheduler group was added with the group members having the permission to also change the squadron assignment.
• The Resource Unit Schedule report was enhanced to also include activity comments that may have been entered by the scheduler.
• A new report has been added to display the status of Checklist Completions.  The report includes a summary or detail option.

    3.  Fixes

    The following corrections were made in this release of the WTMS:

    Gradesheet

• A fix was made to the replace checklist function that caused an abort of the page.
• A change was made to the "Active Course" list to only show the courses that are needed as of the current date and not those needed in the future.
• A lesson that was certified would continue to appear in the list of remaining lessons.  This has been corrected so that a certified lesson only appears in the completed list of lessons.
• Corrected an error when grading a lesson that would allow a date in the future to be entered.

    Reports

• Corrected an error on the Student Schedule report that would not allow a person to be selected.

    Training Review

• Several corrections were made to the email reminder of this page.  Most of these were minor problems isolated to a single user.
• Personnel were reappearing on the review list even though they had been reviewed.  This was due to the review not always being saved.  This has been corrected to properly save the review record.
