The image below shows the Event Calendar page that is used to set the various
options for a specific calendar. Following this image is an explanation of
the various settings.

- Name - The name for the calendar that is displayed in the main display
dropdown list.
- Description - A general description of the calendar used only here for
reference.
- Span Backcolor - The background color to use for a span type of event.
- Image - The icon used when displaying events for this calendar.
Please contact support to add any additional icons.
- View Roles - Check the box next to each web role that is allowed to view
this calendar. If the box for a role is not checked, members of that
role will not be able to view the calendar.
- Edit Allowed - Identifies the people who can change the general calendar
and add, change, and delete events for the calendar. To add a person
enter the first few characters of the persons name in the box to the right,
click the Find button and select the desired name from the list displayed.
Once the name is selected, click the Add Person button to allow them to
manage the calendar. To remove a person, highlight the name in the
list on the right and click the remove person button.
Once all changes have been made click the Save button to store the changes
and return to the main calendar display. The Cancel button can be used to
return without storing any changes.
